Policy and Regulation Reforms Technical Working Group (PRR-TWG)
The conference was organized by the National Policy Conference on ECCED, Policy and Regulatory Reforms- Technical Working Group (PRR-TWG). The PRR-TWG brings together a growing number of organizations under the Collaborative Action for Childcare (CAC) initiative which is established to promote learning networks and co-design initiatives that accelerate systemic changes to the sector thereby benefiting millions of children, caregivers and frontline workers.

Purpose of the Conference
The National Policy Conference on ECCED offers an opportunity of its kind for stakeholders to specifically share ideas, knowledge, and understanding on the status of policy and regulatory reform at the county and national level.
Participants will discuss a roadmap for further collaborative action that not only puts the government in the lead but ensures other actors work together to accelerate quality, affordable early childhood care and education in Kenya.
